The Process
Step 1: Kickoff & Strategy
We start with a kickoff meeting to understand your brand, objectives, and audience. Together, we define your show’s mission, voice, and goals, and develop foundational documents to guide content and production decisions.
Step 2: Setup & Production
Our team handles everything from setting up your show (including music, artwork, and technical setup) to content planning, writing descriptions, and coordinating logistics. We begin recording, editing, and processing your episodes, ensuring quality at every stage.
Step 3: Launch, Publish & Ongoing Support
Episodes are published and promoted across platforms. We manage distribution, create and schedule social media content, and provide ongoing support including performance tracking and workflow optimization to keep your podcast growing and running smoothly.
Note: The process outlined above represents the full scope of what W2D1 Media can deliver. Depending on the level of involvement, only selected stages may be included in your engagement.
