Podcasting grows brand reach when it’s treated like a multi-channel campaign, not just an RSS feed. Here are ten tactics we use with clients to turn one episode into dozens of high-impact touchpoints.

  1. Design a show POV: a sharp thesis (“finance leaders building the new stack”) attracts listeners faster than generic interview series.

  2. Record to video: shooting 4K vertical crops multiplies your short-form pipeline for LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  3. Quote graphics at scale: extract five pull quotes per episode and queue them in a shared Canva kit.

  4. Episode landing pages: optimize each with summary bullets, CTAs, and newsletter signup blocks.

  5. Guest enablement kits: provide audiograms, art, and suggested copy so guests promote the episode to their own lists.
