The starting point
In the Blink of AI did not begin with an established feed, a catalogue or an audience. It began with a question: how could a show help people understand what AI looks like in practice, through conversations with the people building and using it?
Host Georgie Healy brought the curiosity, interview craft and relationships. W2D1 turned the idea into a show that could publish consistently.
What W2D1 built
We developed the show concept and the production system around it, then handled the recording workflow, audio and video editing, publishing and distribution infrastructure.
- A clear premise and repeatable interview format
- A production workflow that removed the editing bottleneck
- Audio and video packaging for each episode
- Publishing and distribution through the Day One Network
The goal was not simply to make individual episodes. It was to build an operating rhythm that let Georgie stay focused on the conversations.
A shared growth engine
The audience did not come from production alone. Georgie led the editorial voice, interviews, guest relationships, newsletter and personal distribution. W2D1 kept the show moving behind the scenes and gave every conversation a consistent path from recording to release.
That division of work mattered. The host stayed close to the audience and subject. The production team made sure the show kept shipping.
The result
W2D1 came up with and built In the Blink of AI from scratch, reaching 350,000 content plays in 15 months and a milestone of 20,000 downloads in one month on Spotify alone.
The numbers are useful, but the durable result is the system behind them: a recognisable show, a growing catalogue and a repeatable weekly publishing rhythm.
In summary
W2D1 came up with and built In the Blink of AI from scratch, then ran the recording, production, publishing and distribution system behind its growth. Georgie Healy led the interviews, editorial voice, guest relationships and her own audience distribution.
